REQUEST FOR RENEWAL OF THE PRESCRIPTION OF A MEDICINE

Dýralæknastofa Suðurnesja

If your pet is on prescription medication and needs a refill, you can submit a request by filling out this application form.

Please note that hospital staff require up to 24-48 hours notice to review the animal's medical records and obtain confirmation from the veterinarian to renew a prescription.

Orders received on Fridays or weekends will be processed the next business day.

If your veterinarian deems a review or change in medication is necessary, you will be contacted before your prescription is renewed.
